We are looking for a enthusiastic junior sous chef to join our team, with a base salary of 70K per annum with a 38 hour work week for the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the effective running of their section.
• Work cleanly and effectively.
• Assisting with preparing for service and help during during service.
• Ensure all team members are proactive with handling deliveries, and ensure stock is rotated.
• Ensure you follow all food hygiene, allergy and antigen regulations, and that work is carried out to company standards.
• Assisting with section cleaning and organisation.
• Ensure the fridges are kept to high levels of cleanliness and products are stored and labelled appropriately.
• Appropriately delegate jobs to junior chefs and apprentices and support them in their development.
• Ensure all the food sent from kitchen is of highest standard.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, the staff code of conduct and club policies.
• Most of all, you work as part of the team, listen, learn and enjoy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To run and supervise any kitchen section to the required standards set by the head chef.
• To ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service.
• Ensure good stock and waste control is practiced.
• Be Responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods.
• Execute cooking to the expected high standard quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of designated section.
• Support Head/Sous chef in delivering required standard of food.
• Appropriately delegate jobs to junior chefs and apprentices and support them in their development.
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude at all times and seek to improve and advance skill set and performance.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, the staff code of conduct and club policies.
• Most of all, you work as part of the team, listen, learn and enjoy.

We are looking for enthusiastic individual’s to join our front of house team in a casual position, possibility to go part time or full time for the right candidate, a RSA (responsible serving of alcohol) and being 18+ is preferred but not necessary.

The role will include:
Welcoming our guests and seating them to their tables, engaging with customers throughout your shift, working the floor area to clear and reset, recommending food and drinks to customers and trying to up sell our menu. Taking orders, serving food and drinks – as well as helping keep service on-track and up to standard. Promoting our membership benefits, assisting with running of functions if asked.

We are looking for enthusiastic individual’s to join our front of house team in a casual position, possibility to go part time or full time for the right candidate. This role is for those aged 18+ and candidates with an RSA (responsible serving of alcohol), RSG (responsible service of gaming), TAB (totalisator agency board) accreditation and gaming license will be looked upon favorably, those without will be required to obtain all with assistance from us if requested.

The role will include:

Performing gaming / wagering / TAB and cash handling duties, exceptional customer service skills and a friendly can-do outlook, working in a team environment and the flexibility to handle changing customer needs, working the floor area to clear and reset, taking food and drink orders, serving customers food and drink, cleaning to a high standard, and promoting our membership benefits.
